2027 Spring 11U

Coach Jorge Reynoso and Coach Chance Wiseman will combine their experience and complementary coaching styles to lead the LB Blaze 11U team during the 2027 Spring season. Together, they are building a competitive, well-balanced roster focused on strong fundamentals, baseball IQ, accountability, player development, and team-first baseball. Reynoso brings extensive experience developing Blaze athletes and is known for challenging players to compete with confidence, toughness, and consistent effort, while Wiseman adds a detail-oriented approach to preparation, situational execution, and individual development. Their shared objective is to create a disciplined and positive environment that prepares players to compete successfully against strong tournament competition while continuing to develop for the next level.
